Site terms

These terms apply to the public pages at https://thirp.net, to a pilot-request submission, to an interest-form submission, and to Marketplace Early Access. They are interim site terms. They are not pilot terms, not a service agreement, and not an offer of hosted Thirp.

Thirp is an independent project built by Chuck Benedict and receives mail at partners@thirp.net. Nothing on this site identifies a formed corporation or claims a registered mark.

Informational pages

The pages describe a product and a design-partner process. They do not create an account, a tenant, a paid plan, or a service-level commitment. Features described for a future pilot may change before anyone is admitted.

Submissions are not accounts

Sending the request form is a request to be considered. It is not registration, not an order, and not permission to reach a customer system. Submission does not guarantee admission to the pilot. The operator may decline or defer a request based on fit and current capacity.

Your representations

You represent that you are authorized to describe your company's support-access workflow, and that you will not submit credentials, customer secrets, or personal data that the form asks you to omit.

Open-source software

Thirp Runtime is a separate project with its own license. Linking to that repository from this site does not license you to the hosted control plane.

Marketplace Early Access

This section outlines Early Access terms for Marketplace listings. Marketplace listings herein are not yet a commercial product and are not subject to a commercial product agreement, are not a paid plan, and are not an offer of hosted Thirp. Marketplace listings offered as a later commercial product will be subject to commercial terms at the time of release. A grant to Early Access does not entitle you to a Thirp commercial product. Your admission to Early Access may be subject to additional terms at the time of entry to the program, which will be described at that time.

The Marketplace currently lists two Early Access offerings: Sheetbridge for Google and GPU Offload for Ollama. Additional Early Access marketplace offerings may be listed later under these same terms.

Admission to Marketplace Early Access, and continued access, is at Thirp's sole discretion. Early Access is provided on a best-effort basis and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. If Early Access is withdrawn, you agree to remove Early Access software from your systems promptly.

Use of Google user data for Sheetbridge for Google, and for any Thirp for Google product, is governed by the Thirp for Google privacy page. Marketplace Early Access does not expand that Google data use beyond what that page already discloses. Token storage and local use stay as that page describes.
