GPU Offload for OllamaSupported platformsLinuxmacOSWindowsOwn the models on your hardware. Cloud agents use them securely through Thirp.
Own the bits: the models stay on your machine. A cloud agent dials them through Thirp. You do not open an inbound port.
Install the Thirp companion. Leave it running. The pack requires Ollama. Use any model Ollama is serving that your hardware can run.
The agent can inventory what’s installed, describe models, check fit against your laptop VRAM, and recommend — including vision-aware picks when the model is multimodal. Pause, revoke, and caps stay on a local trust panel you control.
Works with cloud agent harnesses generally. In the demo, Grok Bot is an example caller only. Thirp does not endorse or affiliate.
