These terms apply to the public pages at https://thirp.net and to a pilot-request submission. They are interim site terms. They are not pilot terms, not a service agreement, and not an offer of hosted Thirp.

The operator of this site is the party that receives mail at partners@thirp.net. Nothing on this site identifies a formed corporation or claims a registered mark.

Informational pages

The pages describe a product and a design-partner process. They do not create an account, a tenant, a paid plan, or a service-level commitment. Features described for a future pilot may change before anyone is admitted.

Submissions are not accounts

Sending the request form is a request to be considered. It is not registration, not an order, and not permission to reach a customer system. The operator may decline, ignore, or delay a request without stating an internal reason.

Your representations

You represent that you are authorized to describe your company's support-access workflow, and that you will not submit credentials, customer secrets, or personal data that the form asks you to omit.

Open-source software

Thirp Runtime is a separate project with its own license. Linking to that repository from this site does not license you to the hosted control plane.
